Budget room, exceptionally comfortable beds and informative staff at the reception desk. The great view to courtyard from its windows.

We do recommend it. We have stayed in this wonderful hotel for 2 nights, everything was excellent, the location was amazing right next to the Notre Dame church. Absolutely perfect and great employees at the reception desk and kept the venue clean.

Must say thanks, would want to stay there again. The hotel is wonderful, with great views, amazing location to main promenade of Nice with lots of restaraunts around. The rooms are extremely spacious, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. As for me the food is fine, and they have a good choice of meals🙂

Everything is excellent here. They offer compact, budget rooms with the fans & generators of the restaurants, balcony, as example. There is a lot of fine food for breakfast. Thank you for a such great stay.

Everything is very good here, had a really nice stay for the price. The location is unbeatable and wonderful and an easy walk to the train station. It's an easy walk to Sandwich Banh mi Nha Que, where you can eat something.

Great stay, as always. Ideal hotel, modern room and magnificent location. Set within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Units where the iron was located. Bonus point for a balcony, coffee, and a kettle. The welcoming and incredible staff all round.

I had great-sized, stylish room with a French balcony, the fans & generators, black out curtains, had good night's sleep. The staff where very attentive and reasonably good lot of time.

Everything was excellent, so were magnificent views of the cathedral. The standard queen room was budget, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was fine with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a prime location, close to the famous Notre Dame Cathedral and a vibrant shopping area. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but with a little creativity, I made it work for a comfortable stay. The hotel even offered a delicious breakfast option. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

Only the location. Very very close to train station, 3 minutes walking distance.

The room was very dirty. The bed cover had many stains on it. The towels were very old. I guess if you want to go to Nice and dont want to spend money on accomadation much, you need to stay in a room like this.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at a hotel in Nice. The location was superb, nestled in the heart of the city's vibrant shopping area. We were just a short walk away from the train station and within easy reach of the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room, although small, was well-equipped and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Despite its central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the option to have breakfast in the nearby cafe, where the food was delicious and reasonably priced. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Nice.

The facility is good, i mean consider the rating... the room is facing a church, at night there is a little bit noisy. the stuff is not that warm...
